Custom-made Garments
All custom designed garments are made to fit; alterations are built into the price and included with the process.
Gowns and Suits: $2,000+
Floor length dress: $1,000+
Cocktail dress: $750+
Children’s formal: $500+
Formalwear and Bridal
Hem: $35+ per layer (additional for difficult fabrics or full skirts)
Take-in: $20 per seam (additional for beaded fabric, lace covered seams, seams that have a zipper or boning etc. Please be sure to count each layer when estimating; ie: taking in the sides of a dress that is 2 layers would be a total of 4 seams)
Adjust Shoulders/Straps: $25 – $50
Add Straps: $50+
Shorten Sleeves: $40+
Add custom set-in sleeves: $200+
Replace Zipper: $60+
Replacing zipper with corset: $150+
Add cups: $30
Add bustle: $20 per point
Shorten bodice/ torso or hem from the waist: $100+ (additional for boning, zipper, trim, lace, bearing, etc)
Suits
Jacket sleeve length $100 + $10 per button and faux button hole, additional $20 per button hole if re-adding. (Shortening not usually possible if button holes are real)
Jacket shoulder adjustment: $150
Jacket take-in/let-out at sides: $20 per seam
Jacket take-in/let out at center back: $55
Replace button: $10
Pant hem: $30
Pant take-in/let-out: $20 per seam
Pant seat adjustment: $35
Shirt take-in/let-out: $15 per seam
Add darts: $15 each
Shorten shirt sleeves: $30 each if placket can remain as-is
Up-cycled Designs
I can re-design almost any garment to give it a new purpose. My most common up-cycle orders are listed below, but there are endless possibilities. Please don’t hesitate to discuss ideas that aren’t yet listed. Prices listed are “starting” prices for simple designs. Additional charges may be included for moving or adding embellishments, upgraded design elements, difficult fabrics, and any required additional materials. All garments used for upcycle projects should be cleaned in advance. Cleaning services are not offered.
